To achieve the "Bun ponytail" hair weave similar to Janet Jackson's, start with clean weave hair. Pull your own hair back into a ponytail and secure it with a rubber band. Take the weaving hair and put a bobby pin into the weft at the end of the weft of the weaving hair. The secure the bobby pin under the rubber band on your head. Continue to wrap the weaving hair around the rubber band on your head, securing every few wraps with a bobby pin. Once your final weft is secured, split the weaving hair in four parts. Take one of the parts and wrap it around the base of the pony tail. Continue that with all of the four parts, securing in place with bobby pins.
